It went very well. Everyone at the company was very professional and courteous. There was a small issue that was caused by the manufacturer, which was going to cause us to have to wait up to an additional two weeks to have the shutters installed. Instead of waiting for the manufacturer to fix the problem, The Blind Guy researched and fixed the issue the same night and was able to install our shutters the next day instead of us having to wait up to two weeks for the manufacturer.

I was very impressed and pleased with the level of customer service that was provided. He promised to take care of us and when the chips were down he delivered. Also, the shutters look and work great, just as promised. I would absolutely do business with them again.

The owners spent as much time as I needed to choose blinds that I liked - at least an hour. Installation of 12 blinds- two sliding doors and ten faux wood of varied sizes- was completed within two weeks. They took three sets to the dump and I gave the rest to Habitat for Humanity at my request. Owners came back to fix what I thought was a problem with several blinds without delay. Issue was resolved.

First, I called to make an appointment to have an estimate done. It was easy to schedule the estimate with them on the phone. They called to confirm the appointment, they were prompt and quite professional, ready with answers about questions regarding the style, quality and affordability of available blinds. They gave an estimate, then a few days later, I send the down payment, made the call to schedule installation. It was fairly easy, they came early but with another phone confirmation prior to the appointment which was nice.

My mom was the one who was at home and they were very professional and respectful to her and easy to talk to. They were nice and did not talked down to us, which was very important to us, since there are still a lot of racists out there who would not treat minorities professionally.
